These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fravel mobile application (the "App") and the fravel.social website (together, the "Service"), operated by Fravel ("we", "our", or "us"). Please read them carefully.
By creating a Fravel account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You retain ownership of the tips, photos, comments, and other content you post ("Your Content"). By posting Your Content, you grant Fravel a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute it within the Service and in materials that promote the Service.
You are responsible for Your Content and represent that you have the rights necessary to post it. You may delete Your Content at any time from within the App; deleted content is removed from public view, though copies may remain in backups for a limited period.
Fravel is a community built on honest, helpful travel advice. You agree not to post content or behave in ways that:
You can report content that violates these rules from within the App. Violations may result in content removal, feature restrictions, or account suspension.
The Fravel name, logo, app design, and all related branding are the intellectual property of Fravel. You may not copy, modify, or use them without our prior written permission. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
Travel tips on Fravel are shared by individual users and reflect their personal experiences and opinions. Fravel does not verify the accuracy, completeness, or current validity of user content and is not responsible for decisions you make based on it.
Always check official sources — government travel advisories, visa requirements, and local guidance — before you travel. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fravel and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service.
You may stop using Fravel and delete your account at any time from the Profile screen in the App or by visiting fravel.social/delete-account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that create risk or legal exposure for us or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
